摘要
工程建设质量和安全分析体系是面向工程全过程的分析以及对工程质量和安全管理可实现持续改进的科学体系。阐述了建立电力工程建设质量和安全分析体系的必要性。基于历年工程建设的实践经验,介绍了质量分析体系和安全分析体系的建立。应用该体系对上海市电力公司2007、2008年投运的输变电工程进行案例解析,得到了对工程质量和安全问题有具体针对性的防范控制措施。
Quality and safety analyzing system of electric engineering construction is an overall analysis for the whole project,and it is also a continuing improving scientific system for engineering quality and safety management. The necessity of building analyzing system is described,quality analyzing system and safety analyzing system are introduced on the basis of years experience of engineering construction.Some cases of transmission and transformation engineering projects operated in 2007 and 2008 in SMEPC are analyzed by using mentioned analyzing system gaining controlling measures for the construction quality and safety problems.
