摘要
介绍了1000MW塔式锅炉钢结构的主要特点及塔式锅炉钢结构与1000MWП型锅炉钢结构在整体布置上的差异;通过较详细论述了1000MW塔式锅炉钢结构各组成部分的布置特点和功能;另外,结合外高桥3期具体工程,较详细介绍塔式锅炉钢结构设计、制造和安装过程中的部分技术问题,指出如地脚螺栓的设计特点及优点、主立柱的设计计算特点、主支撑的设计安装因素等,为今后同类项目的钢结构工程提供参考。
This paper firstly provides the general knowledge of 1 000 MW tower boiler and the deference in arrangement between tower boiler and 1 000 MW H boiler; Secondly, it de- tailedly presents the arrangement and its function of each substructure; Finally, it discuss some of the technical problems during design, manufacture and erection progress of the steel structure of project Waigaoqiao Phase 3, wich consist of design of anchor bolts and the main column, the erection of the main vertical brace,etc.
