摘要目的探讨糖皮质激素对于慢性充血性心力衰竭急性加重伴2型糖尿病肾功能不全患者的治疗效果。方法慢性心力衰竭急性加重伴2型糖尿病肾功能不全患者13例在常规治疗基础上加用糖皮质激素治疗。结果加用糖皮质激素治疗后,13例患者临床症状均好转,心功能改善,肾功能改善,血肌酐下降,肾小球滤过率升高。结论慢性心力衰竭急性加重伴2型糖尿病肾功能不全患者在常规治疗基础上加用糖皮质激素治疗,肾功能可得到明显改善。 Objective To determine the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid on patients with acute exacerbation of congestive heart failure, type 2 diabetes and renal insufficiency. Methods Prednisone was used in addition to traditional treatment in 13 patients with acute exacerbation of congestive heart failure, type 2 diabetes and renal insufficiency. Results Prednisone dramatically improved patients′ symptoms, clinical status, heart function and renal function （i. e. the glomerular filtration rate ）. Conclusion In patients with acute exacerbation of congestive heart failure, type 2 diabetes and renal insufficiency, glucocorticoid treatment could remarkably improve the renal function.
