左旋卡尼汀联合丹参注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效分析

AN EFFECT ANALYSIS OF CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE THERAPY WITH L-CARNITINE AND SALVIA MILTIORRHIZA INJECTION

目的评价左旋卡尼汀联合丹参注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年3月—2011年4月慢性充血性心力衰竭患者90例,分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例患者,保证2组在年龄、性别、心功能分级因素齐同,对照组予以常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上加用左旋卡尼汀和丹参注射液治疗,比较2组的疗效和不良反应。结果研究组显效27例,有效14例,总有效率为91.1%(41/45),对照组显效20例,有效12例,总有效率为71.1%(32/45),2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组有8例患者出现不良反应,不良反应发生率为17.8%(8/45),对照组有6例出现不良反应,不良反应发生率为13.3%(6/45),2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左旋卡尼汀联合丹参注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效显著,且没有增加不良反应,值得在临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinic effect of congestive heart failure（CHF） therapy with L -carnitine and salvia mihiorrhiza injection. Methods A total of 90 patients with CHF from Mar. 2009 to Apr. 2010 were collected and divided into two groups, research group and control group,45 patients in each group and coinciding with age, gender and cardiac function. The patients of control group received regular treatment, and research group were treated by L- camitine and salvia miltiorrhiza injection based on regular treatment. The clinic effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results The markedly effective case was 27, effective case was 14 and total effective rate was 91.1% （41/45） in research group. Accordingly,the markedly effective case was 20,effective case was 12 and total effective rate was 71.1% （32/45） in control group. There was statistical difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Eight patients had adverse reaction in research group, and adverse reaction rate was 17.8% （8/45）. Accordingly,6 patients in control group,and adverse reaction rate was 13.3% （6/45）. There was no statistical difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect is marked and adverse reaction rate is invariable in congestive heart failure therapy by L - carnitine and salvia miltiorrhiza injection and the therapy is worthy of clinic application.
