温针灸联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎120例临床疗效观察

CLINICAL EFFICACY OBSERVATION OF WARM ACUPUNCTURE COMBINED WITH HYALURONIC ACID IN THE TREATMENT OF 120 CASES OF KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS

目的探讨温针灸联合透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择2008年1月—2009年12月膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例,采用温针灸联合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗。2个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗后Lysholm膝关节评分为(76.74±16.08)分,治疗前为(55.24±21.15)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.36,P<0.05);120例患者临床痊愈15例,显效65例,有效30例,无效10例,总有效率为91.7%(110/120)。随访6个月～2年,有4例显效转为有效,其余均正常,未发生血肿、感染、血栓性静脉炎等不良反应。结论温针灸联合透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切,方法简便,费用低廉,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the warm acupuncture combined with hyaluronic acid in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis from January 2008 to December 2009 were treated by warm acupuncture combined with hyaluronic acid. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 2 courses. Results The lyshohn knee score after treatment was （76.74 ± 16.08） points compared with （55.24 ± 21.15） points before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ t = 5.36, P 〈 0.05 ） ; In 120 patients, clinical cure 15 cases, markedly effective 65 cases, effective 30 cases and ineffective 10 cases, the total effective rate was 91.7% （110/120）. After 6 months to 2 years followed up,4 eases changed from markedly effective to effective, the rest were normal without any side effects such as hematoma, infection and thrombotic phlebitis. Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with hyaluronic acid is effective, simple and inexpensive in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis without side effects, it is worthy of clinical application.
