肽酰基精氨酸脱亚氨酶4与类风湿关节炎

摘要 肽酰基精氨酸脱亚氨酶（peptidylarginine deiminases，PADIs）是产生瓜氨酸蛋白酶的一个亚型，它能够催化蛋白质中精氨酸残基转化为瓜氨酸残基，形成瓜氨酸肽。类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种病因尚未明了的自身免疫病，以慢性、多滑膜关节炎和关节外病变为主要临床表现，
