摘要
从理论上说,VRLA蓄电池工作时每个极群的负极边板只有朝正板的一面参加充/放电反应,朝外的一面仅起部分氧复合的作用[1],因此负极边板的利用率较低,所以试探通过减少最外两片负极板用膏量的方法,来降低铅膏使用量,从而达到节约成本的目的。
Theoretically,when the VRLA batteries are operating,only the sides of the end negative plates which face towards the positive plates in each plate group participate in the reactions,while the outsides of the end negative plates are only used for partial oxygen recombination.Therefore,the utilization ratio of negative plates is comparatively low.As a result,by reducing lead paste quantity of the two end negative plates in each group,it can be realized to reduce the usage amount of lead paste and to lower the cost.
