摘要
平台骨架属于大型焊接机加工结构件,制造难度大。文中详细分析了车载雷达平台骨架的制造工艺,并给出了工艺流程,该流程具有一定的典型性。具体阐述了工艺流程中涉及的几项关键技术。例如,采取工艺措施减少焊接应力及变形;对焊接收缩量较大的零件进行尺寸补偿;对工件焊接及机加工过程中产生的残余应力,采取振动处理消除和均化应力;工件精加工之前喷砂、热喷锌、涂底漆,非加工面做好三防保护,精加工之后再涂面漆;焊接工艺凸台,用作精加工的定位基准。
Vehicle framework belongs to good-sized jointing and machining configuration,it manufactures difficulty.This paper analyses technics of certain framework in detail,and technics route which possesses representative is proposed.In this paper expatiates on key technology which relates to the technics flow.Take technologic measure to reduce jointing stress and deformation and repair size of part which brings large jointing constriction.Adopt vibratory stress relief to reduce remaining stress of jointing and machining.Arrange thermal zinc spraying before finish machining in order to protect non-machining surface and brush lacquer in the end.We weld technologic underprop for the use of positioning reference of finish machining.
