摘要
介绍了磁流体密封技术的应用原理和当前的主要应用领域,并通过与传统机械密封相比较,阐述了磁流体密封技术在各应用领域中的主要优缺点。分析了磁流体密封装置的结构、工作机制以及磁流体密封装置所需要的磁流体性能指标。指出制备具有高饱和磁化强度的磁流体和设计具有高磁场强度的密封装置是磁流体密封技术的两大要素,优化设计、突破极限、开拓更广泛应用领域是今后磁流体密封技术向着更深更广方向发展的三个方面。
The principle and the current application fields of the magnetic fluid seal technique are introducedin this paper.Both the main advantages and disadvantages of the magnetic fluid seal technique in each application field are described by comparison with conventional mechanical sealing.The structure,the operation mechanism and the request on magnetic fluid of the magnetic fluid sealing device are analyzed.It is pointed out that the magnetic fluid with high saturation magnetizability and the sealing device with high intensity ofmagnetic filed are the two key factors.It is considered that the design optimization,limit breakthrough andexploitation of wider application can enable the magnetic fluid seal technique to develop further.
