新型硬质合金成型剂应用研究

Application Research on a New Pressing Binder for Cemented Carbide

本文以现有硬质合金模压成型剂为参照,进行了新研制的CSZ成型剂的溶解、压制、烧结等应用性能研究。实验表明该成型剂能与酒精相溶,粘度低,适合喷雾干燥。制备的混合料细而软,流动性好,能够直接压制石蜡、PEG等喷雾料难成型的复杂形状的制品。压制压力较PEG降低20%,有效减少压坯分层、裂纹等缺陷,是一种比较理想的新型硬质合金模压成型剂。

Compared with available pressing binder for cemented carbide,the application performance of a newly developed binder named CSZ is studied on dissolution,pressing and sintering.The experiments show that CSZ is suitable for spray drying due to it can dissolve in alcohol and has low viscidity.The mixed powder of cemented carbide prepared by CSZ is fine and soft with good flowability.The mixture can be directly used to press the complex shape products which are difficult to be moulded by the mixture with PEG and paraffin wax binder.The compacting force is reduced by 20% compared with that of PEG.The defects of delamination and crack in the green compact are effectively reduced.CSZ is a new and perfect pressing binder for cemented carbide.
