摘要
目的:建立克比热提片、平溃加瓦日西麦尔依特蜜膏、血宁安吉杷尔糖浆、苏孜阿甫片、醒脑库克亚片和强力玛得士力阿亚特蜜膏6种维吾尔药品的微生物限度检查方法。方法:根据5种阳性对照菌回收率测定其是否含抑菌成分。按中国药典2005版的规定,采用5种阳性对照菌回收率试验测定其是否含抑菌成分。结果:血宁安吉杷尔糖浆的供试品试验菌的回收率均高于70%,证明无明显的抑菌作用;平溃加瓦日西麦尔依特蜜膏、强力玛得士力阿亚特蜜膏和苏孜阿甫片均有不同程度的抑菌作用,但可通过培养基稀释法消除抑菌作用;克比热提片和醒脑库克亚片的抑菌作用强,必须用薄膜过滤法才能彻底消除抑菌作用。结论:血宁安吉杷尔糖浆按平皿法进行细菌数的检查;平溃加瓦日西麦尔依特蜜膏、强力玛得士力阿亚特蜜膏和苏孜阿甫片按培养基稀释法进行细菌数的检查;克比热提片和醒脑库克亚片按薄膜过滤法进行细菌数的检查;以上6种药品的霉菌及酵母菌数的检查按平皿法,控制菌检查按常规法进行。
Objective： To establish the method of microbial limit for 6 Uygur drugs, which are Xuening＇ anjibaer Syrups, Pingkuijiawariximaieryite Ointment, Qianglimadeshiliayate Ointment, Suziafu Tablets, Kebireti Tablets and Xingnaokukeya Tablets. Methods ： To determine the antimicrobial effect of 6 kinds of Uygur drugs by recovery rates of 5 control trains. Results： According to the resuits, the recovery rates of Xuening＇ anjibaer Syrups was higher than 70%, which indicated no antimicrobial effect in it ;Pinkguijiawariximaieryite Ointment, Qianglimadeshiliayate Ointment and Suziafu Tablets had antimicrobial effects to some extend,the effect can be eliminated by dilution method; Kebijiati Tablets, Xingnaokukeya Tablets had higher antimicrobial effects, which must be eliminated by membrane filtration method. Conclusion： The results suggested that common method be used for Xuening＇anjibaer Syrups;Dilution method for Pingkuijiawariximaieryite Ointment, Qianglimadeshiliayate Ointment and Suziafu Tablets;Membrane filtration method for Kebireti Tablets and Xingnaokukeya Tablets.
