恶性黑素瘤组织中Bmi-1及增殖细胞核抗原的表达

摘要 目的:探讨恶性黑素瘤(MM)组织中干细胞再生因子Bmi-1及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测36例MM(26例皮肤原发性黑素瘤及10例转移性黑素瘤)、30例皮内痣组织中Bmi-1及PCNA蛋白的表达。结果:MM、皮内痣组织中Bmi-1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为61.1%、20.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.323,P=0.001);PCNA蛋白的阳性表达率分别为80.6%、10.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=32.614,P<0.001)。原发性黑素瘤和转移性黑素瘤组织中Bmi-1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为57.3%、70.0%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.706);Bmi-1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为73.1%、100.0%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.155)。MM组织中Bmi-1与PCNA蛋白阳性表达率有关(χ2=6.618,P=0.010,rP=0.399)。结论:Bmi-1及PCNA蛋白表达与MM的发生发展密切相关。 Aim:To investigate the expressions of the stem cell renewal factor Bmi-1 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in malignant melanoma(MM) tissue.Methods:Bmi-1 and PCNA protein expressions in 36 MM(26 primary melanoma,0 metastatic melanoma),30 intradermal nevus were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive expression rates of Bmi-1 in MM and intradermal nevus were 61.1% and 20.0%,respectively,the difference between them was significant (χ2=11.323,P=0.001).The positive expression rates of Bmi-1 in primary melanoma and metastatic melanoma were 57.3% and 70.0% respectively,the difference between them was not significant(P=0.706).The positive expression rates of PCNA in MM and intradermal nevus were 80.6% and 10.0%,the difference between of them was statistically significant (χ2=32.614,P0.001).The positive expression rates of PCNA in primary melanoma and metastatic melanoma were 73.1% and 100.0% respectively,the difference between them was not significant(P=0.155).The correlation of Bmi-1 and PCNA positive rates was statistically significant(χ2=6.618,P=0.010,rP=0.399).Conclusion:The overexpression of Bmi-1 and PCNA proteins may be related with MM progression.
