μ阿片样受体A118G基因多态性对男性手术患者电刺激痛觉敏感性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨人类μ阿片受体基因A118G(OPRM1A118G)多态性对男性手术患者电刺激痛阈和耐痛阈的影响。方法:选择择期拟行腹部手术男性患者132例,使用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术检测OPRM1A118G多态性。根据基因型将患者分为野生纯合子(A/A)(n=56)、突变杂合子(A/G)(n=60)和突变纯合子(G/G)(n=16)。采用电刺激测定3组患者痛阈和耐痛阈。结果:G等位基因频率为34.8%。3种基因患者痛阈比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.565,P=0.610)。3种基因型患者耐痛阈比较,差异有统计学意义(F=12.236,P=0.025),G/G型患者耐痛阈高于A/A型和A/G型(P<0.05);A/G型耐痛阈高于A/A组(P<0.05)。结论:OPRM1A118G等位基因突变可提高男性手术患者电刺激痛的耐痛阈。 Aim:To investigate the effects of A118G polymorphism in μ opioid receptor gene on pain sensitivity to electric stimulation in male patients undergoing operation.Methods:One hundred and thirty-two male patients were divided into 3 groups according to genotype: group A/A(wild-type homozygous,n=56),group A/G(mutant heterozygous,n=60) and group G/G(mutant homozygous,n=16).Genotypes were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism for A118G polymorphism.Pain threshold and pain tolerance threshold were measured using electrical stimulation.Results:The G allele frequency was 34.8%.There were no differences in pain threshold among the 3 groups(F=0.565,P=0.610).However,the pain tolerance threshold had significant differences among the 3 group (F=12.236,P=0.025),which was significantly higher in group G/G than those in group A/A and group A/G(P0.05).Conclusion: The A118G allele gene mutation increases pain tolerance threshold in male patients undergoing operation.
