摘要 虚拟环境为工程师在制造业上提供了无尽潜力。产品可以不花费大量的资源和费用就虚拟的创造出来。本文以钉与孔装配为例,创建一个应用程序,形成一个用户界面框架,在触觉界面执行装配时伴随力的反馈产生,有利于用户感受真实的装配情形,有利于在设计阶段及时发现问题,从而解决问题。 The virtual environment has provided the inexhaustible potential for engineer in the manufacturing industry.Product can be hypothesized and don't spend a lot of resources and cost.This article takes the nail and the hole assembly as an example,founds an application procedure,forms a user interface frame.With force feedback producing in the tactile interface implementation assembling,it is advantageous for the user to feel real assembly situation,and advantageous to find the problem promptly in the design stage,thus solves the problem.
