摘要
采用离子交换法将三种季铵盐,十烷基三丁基溴化铵(DTBA),十二烷基三丁基溴化铵(DDTBA),十四烷基三丁基溴化铵(TDTBA)交换到层状α-磷酸锆(α-ZrP)的层间得到季铵盐柱撑鏻酸锆,考察了季铵盐的种类和用量对季铵盐改性磷酸锆的结构、形态、热稳定性和长效抗菌性能的影响。结果显示季铵盐已经成功插入层状α-磷酸锆的层间,且改性磷酸锆的层间距随着季铵盐烷基链的增加而增大。季铵盐含量为21.8 mass%的DDTBA-ZrP1.0显示良好的耐热性、耐水性和长效抗菌性能。
Layered α-Zirconium phosphate(α-ZrP)was exchanged with three quaternary alkylammonium salts,decyl tributylammonium bromide(DTBA),dodecyl tributylammonium bromide(DDTBA)and Tetradecyl tributyl-ammonium bromide(TDTBA),to investigate the effects of ammonium salts species and usage on the characteristics,morphology,thermal stability and long-acting antibacterial property of quaternary alkylammonium salts pillared α-Zirconium phosphate(DZrP).The results show that the ammonium salts are intercalated into α-ZrP,and the basal spacing of D-ZrP was enlarged with the increasing of ammonium salt content or the growing of alkyl chain length.DDTBA-ZrP1.0 with 21.8 mass%of dodecyl tributyl ammonium salt displayed good thermal stability,water resistance and long-acting antibacterial activity.
