Occupational exposure to HIV among nurses working in prisons and countermeasures

随着艾滋病(AIDS)疫情的蔓延,护理人员在工作中受艾滋病病毒(HIV)职业暴露的危险增大,给职业暴露者及其亲友带来极大的心理压力。文章对HIV/AIDS罪犯监区护士的HIV职业暴露职业压力源进行了简单的分析,并提出了相应的对策。

With the spread of AIDS epidemic in China,medical workers are faced with increasing risk to HIV exposure.The occupational exposure to HIV has brought great psychological stress to medical workers,their family members and colleagues.This paper describes the occupational exposure to HIV / AIDS among nurses working in prisons and analyzes sources of psychological stress among them,and discusses relevant countermeasures.
