Nowadays the administration enforcement in fire protection has become an unavoidable action.The related fire laws and documents has also prescribed the fault liability of fire control staff in the administration enforcement.In this paper,the causes of the risk of administration enforcement in fire protection are analyzed from the policy,the system,the environment and individual,the precaution and countermeasures are also provided.These strategies are of benefit to harmonious law enforcement environment and the work of fire control staff.The correct enforcement of fire laws and regulations and the public trust of fire department can also be promoted.
