Implementation of Standardized Material Management in MDM

主数据管理对于ERP系统的成功实施和应用具有重要的意义,同时,如何在主数据管理(MDM)中实现物资标准化管理也成为集约化管理工作需要解决的首要问题。文章以国家电网公司主数据管理项目为例,阐述了项目实施中物料主数据的管理模式、物资的标准化管理以及在MDM中的实现方案,对物资集约化项目的顺利实施具有重要的意义。

Master data management has significant meaning in the successful implenmntation and application of the ERP system. How to realize standardized material management has become the primary problem to be solved in intensive management process. Taking the MDM project of State Grid Corporation as an example, this paper illustrates the management mode of material master data, the standardized material management and its implementation in MDM. It has important meaning in the successful implementation of intensive material management projects.
