摘要 南方电网超高压输电公司目前使用直升机进行输电线路巡检,为了提高对直升机和直升机输电线路巡检数据的信息化和规范化管理,设计并开发了直升机巡检管理系统。首先提出了基于J2EE技术的系统体系结构,设计了系统的功能模块,论述了基于Google地图的输电线路和飞行路线的动态交互可视化原理与实现方法,开发了与其他应用系统的数据接口,采用了多种信息安全技术保证系统具有高可靠性。目前该系统已在南方电网所辖各局推广应用,运行稳定,提高了线路的运行和管理水平,并为下一步直升机智能巡检和带电作业构建了网络信息基础平台。 At present EHV Power Transmission Company of China Southern Power Grid (CSPG) uses helicopters to inspect the power transmission lines. In order to enhance the standardized management of helicopters and the transmission line inspection data, a helicopter inspection management system is designed and developed. At first the system architecture based on J2EE's technology is presented and its corresponding functional modules are designed. The visual principles and implementation methods of dynamic interaction between transmission lines and flight routes based on Google map are discussed. The data interface with other application systems is developed. Multiple information security technologies are used to guarantee the high reliability of the system. This system has been implemented in all bureaus of CSPG, and runs stably. It enhances the operational and management level of the transmission lines, and builds a network information platform for future intelligent helicopter inspection and live line work.
