贵阳地区汉族D12S375位点基因频率调查

摘要 应用PCR技术和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直电泳技术对D12S375 位点分型,在贵阳地区106 位汉族个体中共检出6 个等位基因、18 种基因型,基因型频率分布符合Hardy - Weinberg 平衡( P>0-05) ,* 13 频率最高,为0-415 1 ;* 16 频率最低,为0-018 8 。观察杂合度0-70 ,个人识别机率0-89 ,非父排除率0-493 。表明该位点是一个较好的DNA遗传标记系统,在法医学亲子鉴定及个人识别中具有较高价值。 Using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), D12S375 was amplified on DNA samples extracted from EDTA-blood of 106 unrelated individuals Han nationality in Guiyang. The PCR products were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel (PAG) vertical electrophoresis. 6 alleles and 18 genotypes were found at D12S375 locus, the distribution of genotypes revealed no deviation from the Hardy-weinberg equilibrium(P> 0.05). The frequency of allele 13 is the highest, which is 0.415 1,and that of allele 16 is the lowest, which is 0.018 8. The observed heterozygosity was 0 70, the power of discrimination was 0.89, and the chance of paternity exclusion was 0.493. The results of this study show that D12S375 locus is a useful DNA genetic marker system for personal indentification and paternity test in the fields of forensic science.
