中药水提液絮凝澄清工艺的合理性考查

Study on cleaning technology of water extracts of tranditional Chinese medicine by flocculating agents

目的:论证中药水提絮凝澄清工艺的合理性。方法:用正交试验筛选中药水提絮凝澄清工艺的最佳条件;从澄清效果、成分分析、生产过程等方面比较了3种工艺。结果:絮凝澄清技术澄清效果好、生产成本低、周期短、能更多地保留中药有效成分。结论:可替代水提醇沉工艺。

OBJECTIVE:To study cleaning technology of water extracts of traditional Chinese medicine.METHODS:The best process that boiling water extracts of tranditional Chinese medicine cleaned by flocculating agents is selected by orthogonal design. Three technologies were compared from effectiveness of cleaning, analysis of active constituents and process of produce.RESULTS:The cleaning technology of flocculence is effective, cost is low,and it can keep more active constituents.CONCLUSION:The water alcohol extractive method can be replaced by cleaning technology of flocculence.
