摘要
目的分析各种瞳距测量方法的可靠性。方法对20例受试者分别采用瞳距尺法、瞳距仪法及视线距法测量其远用及近用瞳距各3次,相应瞳距大小取3次测量的平均值。组间比较采用单因素方差分析,组内两两比较采用Bonferroni法。结果各种方法测得的远用瞳距为61.68~62.50 mm,近用瞳距为57.43~60.48 mm。测量远用瞳距时,三种方法与视线距法结果相近;测量近用瞳距时,与视线距法相比,瞳距仪法误差最小,瞳距尺法2次之,瞳距尺法1尤为不准确。结论测量远用瞳距时,使用以上三种方法测量结果均可;近用瞳距的取值建议使用瞳距仪法测量,或根据近用瞳距公式由远用瞳距计算获得。
Objective To evaluate the reliability on different measuring methods of interpupillary distance.Method Four different methods(interpupillary distance ruler 1 and 2,centrometer and interval of visual axis) were performed to measure the distant and near interpupillary distances of 20 subjects three times each,and the mean interpupillary distances were calculated.One way analysis of variance was performed to analyze the difference between groups and multiple comparisons were performed using Bonferroni.Results The distant interpupillary distances were 61.68~62.50 mm and the near interpupillary distances were 57.43~60.48 mm.Similar results were obtained using the three common methods and the interval of visual axis method when measuring the distant interpupillary distance.The centrometer method generated minimal measuring error,interpupillary distance ruler 2 took the second place and the interpupillary distance ruler 1 generated the maximal measuring error compared to the interval of visual axis method when measuring the near interpupillary distance.Conclusion The three methods are all feasible when measuring the distant interpupillary distance;the centrometer method is recommended when measuring the near interpupillary distance,or calculated by the near interpupillary distance formula from distant interpupillary distance.
