Fas和FasL及其在眼科的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 自1989年和1993年分别获得Fas和Fas配体(FasL)以来,其在生物医学各个领域得到广泛而深入的研究。Fas分子为典型的I型膜蛋白,胞内段存在传递死亡信号的死亡域。FasL属于TNF家庭成员,其结合到Fas分子以后,通过死亡域传递细胞凋亡信号,引起Fas表达的细胞死亡。本文就Fas/FasL基因、蛋白结构和功能以及在眼科方面的研究作一简要综述。
