阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症96例分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法选择符合条件的原发高脂血症患者96例给予口服阿托伐他汀40 mg,晚餐后顿服,疗程12周,观察血脂变化。结果治疗12周后总胆固醇(TC),甘油酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)也明显升高(P<0.05),临床疗效显著,未发现明显不良反应。结论阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效显著,且不良反应小。
