摘要 针对微波延迟时间难以进行高准确度测量的问题,设计了一种微波延时测量仪。设计环路振荡电路,用脉冲信号在调制器上对微波信号进行反馈控制,将对微波延迟时间间隔的测量变换为对脉宽的测量,真实复现微波信号传输所经历的时间。采用PIC16F877A单片机控制TDC-GP2芯片进行高精度的时间测量。实验结果表明:该测量仪能对宽范围的微波延迟时间间隔进行高准确度的测量。 In order to solve the problem that it is difficulty to measure microwave delay-time by rule and line,a microwave delay-time measuring instrument is designed.It designed a blocking generator and controlled microwave signal back-coupled with pulse signal on modulator,which changed microwave delay-time measure to pulse width measure,and recurred the transfers time of microwave signal.PIC16F877A MCU was used to control TDC-GP2 for measuring time high-accurately.Experimental results showed that this measuring instrument can measure wide-range microwave delay interval.
