摘要
表面等离子体(Surface Plasmon,SP)是指在金属表面存在的自由振动的电子与光子相互作用产生的沿着金属表面传播的电子疏密波。本文根据表面等离子体共振技术的发展,对该技术进行研究,介绍基本原理,分析了SPR共振检测系统的光学、生化、数据处理等系统,介绍该技术的实验装置结构,对得到的结果进行分析及对该技术实现仪器产品进一步探索。
Surface plasmon is the compression wave of electrons,which is generated by the interaction of the photons and electrons that free vibrates on metal surface and propagates along the metal surface.Based on the development of the technology of SPR,this article makes the research on the technology,introduces the principle of SPR,analyzes the optical subsystem,biological subsystem,and data processing subsystem in SPR resonance detection system.At the same time,the experimental setup structure of this technology is introduced,the obtained experimental result is analyzed,and commercialization of the technology is further explored.
