Research on Electronic Resources License Agreement

通过对美国图书馆界电子资源许可协议的剖析,结合国内在电子资源许可协议方面存在的重要热点问题,分析了我国在电子资源许可协议的研究与实践中存在的不足,提出了国内同行争取主动权的许可协议谈判策略制定的建议,旨在为我国图书馆开展更为高效的电子资源采购提供探索思路。

Through analyzing the electronic resources license agreement of American library community,and connecting with some important hot issues of domestic electronic resources license agreement,this paper analyzes some shortages existing in the research and practice of domestic electronic resources license agreement,and puts forward some suggestions for domestic counterparts to gain the initiative in the negotiation and formulation of license agreement aiming at providing ideas for China＇s libraries to carry out the procurement of electronic resources.
