摘要
以招投标方式选择合适的供应商来采购图书,已经被越来越多的高校所采用。介绍了高校图书采购采用招投标方式的优点、存在的问题,结合实际提出了解决问题的方法。
Using the bidding mode to select suitable suppliers has been adopted by more and more universities.This paper introduces the advantages of and existing problems in bidding mode adopted by university libraries in books acquisition,and connecting with reality,puts forward some solutions.
