企业档案工作应当改变封闭的格局,从丰富馆藏内容和扩大服务范围入手,扩大档案的利用。提出了如何使档案更好地服务于广大群众的几点措施。

Enterprise archives work should change the closed pattern,and starting from enriching the contents of the collection and enlarging the scope of the service.This paper puts forward some measures for how to make the archives serve better the broad masses.
