基于GIS的城镇教育资源组合购房区位分析——以山西省太谷县为例

GIS-based Housing Location Analysis under Urban Educational Resources Combination—— A Case Study of Taigu County in Shanxi Province

以山西省太谷县为例,以选择拥有最佳教育资源组合的购房区位作为购房决策线形规划系统目标,分析研究了区中优质小学、初中、高中等教育资源的社会满意度和时间满意度分布,运用基于栅格的空间分析方法,筛选出城市中富含优质教育资源购房区位,为合理评价城镇教育资源分布,分析城乡居民教育需求的空间分布进行了有益的探讨。

Taking Taigu County of Shanxi Province as an example,selecting the housing location with the best educational resources combination as the target of housing decision＇s linear planning system,this paper analyzes and researches the distribution of social satisfaction and time satisfaction of the educational resources in the housing location including the high-quality elementary schools,junior high schools and senior high schools,and by using the spatial analysis approach based on grid,screens out some urban housing locations being rich in high quality educational resources for providing useful references for rational evaluation on the distribution of urban educational resources and the analysis on the spatial distribution of urban residents＇ educational demand.
