厚煤层开采技术和配套设备研制是当今世界主流攻关方向。详细介绍了ZF15000/27.5/42型大阻力支撑掩护式放顶煤液压支架的选型设计,阐述了尾梁插板式低位放顶煤液压支架特点,确定了采放比、工作阻力及初撑力,探讨了支架顶梁、掩护梁和底座各部分的设计思路及其作用。
The thick coal bed mining technique and associated equipment development are the mainstream research directions in the world.This paper introduces in detail the lectotype design of ZF15000/27.5/42 large residence chock-shield hydraulic support for top caving coal mining,expounds the features of tail-beam inserter-type low-position hydraulic support for top caving coal mining,determines the ratio of mining height to caving height,working resistance and setting load,and probes into the design idea of all parts such as the support's upper beam,shield beam and base and the functions of each part.
