吉林地区三个年龄段健康人血清铜及锌铁正常参考值研究

Research of Normal value of the Reference for Copper,Zinc and Iron in Serum of Healthy People of the 3 Ages in Jilin Aren

用原子吸收法测定健康小儿、青年、成人三个年龄段共７７６人血清中铜及锌铁的含量。提出了正常参考值范围。统计结果表明，小儿组血清铜、锌，男女间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）；青年组男女间，血清铜有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５），血清锌、铁均有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；成人组血清铜，男女间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。

The contents of copper,zinc and iron in the serum of 776 healthy children,youths and adults of three ages were determined by AAS.The range of normal value of the serum copper,zinc and iron in children youths and adults was given.The statistical results showed that the serum copper and zinc,between male and female in children group has no significance of difference (P>0 05).The levels of serum copper between male and female in youths group has signifian (P<0 05),and serum zinc and iron have specially signifiance of difference (P<0 01).The serum copper betwween male and female in adults group has no different (P>0 05).
