脑活素类生物制剂中铁钴镍的测定

摘要 利用火焰原子吸收法直接测定8 种不同品牌的脑活素类生物制剂中铁、钴、镍的含量。将7种国产品牌制剂与奥地利(EBEWE)脑活素(对照组)间进行微量元素含量比较,统计结果表明:Fe,4 种差异非常显著(P< 0.01),2 种差异显著(P< 0.05),1 种无显著差异(P> 0.05);Co,6 种差异非常显著(P<0.01),1种无显著差异(P> 0.05);Ni,5种差异非常显著(P< 0.01),2两种无显著差异(P> 0.05)。本结果为临床合理用药提供了有用数据。 The contents of Fe,Co and Ni in eight kinds of cerebrolysin biological preparation were determined by FAAS.We com pared the contents of trace elements in seven kinds of chinese product cerebrolysin biological and made by Austria.The statistical results as follows:the content of Fe in four kinds of cerebrolysin biological have greatly significant difference with control (P<0 01),as well as two cerebrolysin biological prearation has significant difference with control (P>0 05),and one kinds of cerebrolysin biological have no significant difference (P>0 05);the content of Co in six biological have greatly significant difference with control (P<0 01),then one biological have no significant difference with control (P>0 05);The content of Ni in five biological have greatly significant difference with control (P<0 01),then two biological have no significant difference with control (P>0 05)。It provided useful data for using medicine on clinical practice.
