随着社会的急剧变革,我国各族人民在长期生产实践中创造出的非物质文化遗产面临失传的危机,少数民族地区的高校图书馆作为当地拥有专业技术人才和先进技术设备的机构,要承担起自己的责任,对本地非物质文化遗产进行整理、加工、宣传、研究和开发,使本地区的非物质文化遗产更好地传承下去。

Along with the rapid social changes,the intangible cultural heritages created by the people of all ethnic groups in China in the long practical production are facing the crisis of lost.University libraries in ethnicminority areas,being as the local institutions with technical specialists and advanced technical equipment,should undertake their responsibilities to classify,process,propaganda,research and development the local intangible cultural heritages and make the local intangible cultural heritages be carried on and carried forward.
