浅谈图书馆危机之突发事件管理

通过对图书馆危机管理定义的描述,分析了图书馆作为人们获取知识和信息的公共场所,由于其流动性强、开放时间长以及馆内书籍、电子设备等本身潜在诸多易引发突发事件的危机因素,阐述了实施图书馆危机管理的必要性,提出了图书馆突发性事件的应对措施。

Through describing the definition of library crisis management,this paper analyzes some underlying crisis factors that easily cause emergency events owing to the strong flowability,long opening hours and some problems existing in collected books and electronic equipment of library being as a public place for people to obtain knowledge and information,expounds the necessity of implementing the crisis management in library,and puts forward some measures for dealing with library＇s emergency events.
