微量指血测定Zn Cu Ca

摘要 取EDTA抗凝指血0.15m l加入1.65 m l1% 硝酸溶液中,迅速振荡混匀,放置30m in 后再次振荡混匀,离心后取上清液,用原子吸收分光光度仪直接测定Zn、Cu。上清液稀释10倍后测Ca。此方法的平均回收率在92.5% ~103% ,变异系数在1.4% ~10.4% 。 Aanticoagulant micro-blood sample was added into 1% HNO 3 and stired immediately at Angitator.After keeping in room temperature for30 minutes.The samples were stired again,then centrifuged at a speed of 10,000 rpm for 10 minutes,the supernatant was collected to examine the concentration of Zn and Cu directly or diluted by deionied water(1:10)to detect the Ca level with atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The mean recovery rate and the coefficients of variation in this method were 92.5%~103% and 4%~10.4% respectively.
