摘要 随着电子商务的迅速发展,各类企业商务网站层出不穷。面对数量庞大的企业网站,一个客观科学的评价指标体系就显得尤为重要。提出电子商务网站评价指标体系,针对群体评价的特点并应用模糊层次分析法,使其能较好地胜任多属性、多方案、多专家评价。利用该成果可以科学地评价电子商务网站,并为企业诊断、选择和维护商务网站提供决策依据。 Along with the rapid development of E-commerce,various enterprises' E-commerce websites emerge one after another.Facing the huge number of enterprise website,it is very important to establish an objective and scientific comprehensive evaluation system.This paper offers a conceptual framework to evaluate E-commerce websites,and proposes a decision-making solution combining AHP and Fuzzy Set according with the essence of group decision-making circumstance.The achievement can be used to evaluate these websites to provide further supervision or decision supports.
