摘要
自2010年楼市调控以来,京沪广深率先拉开楼市限购大幕,随后多地跟进,一些二、三线城市也纷纷传出即将出台限购令的消息。针对这一现象,结合社会上目前的一些投资热点,分析了限购令导致的资金流向的变化情况。
Since the property market regulation in 2010,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen take the lead in starting the house-buying restriction,and many cities have followed,even some meddle and small-sized cities are reported to start the house-buying restriction.In the light of such a phenomenon,and connecting with some popular investment spots in the society,this paper analyzes the variation of the money flow caused by the house-buying restriction.
