摘要
本文对典型的下肢深静脉血栓(LDVT) 患者的血液滞后环进行理论分析和定量表征。采用新型5 参数时变性本构方程描述LDVT患者的血液滞后环曲线,定量揭示其中包含的粘弹性和触变性,并与典型的正常人血液滞后环进行对比。结果表明,LDVT 患者的血液滞后环同时体现出粘弹性和正、反触变性,为复杂的“三环型”滞后环。其成因可能主要是由于LDVT 患者血细胞聚集性较强所致。新型5 参数时变性本构方程可较确切描述此类滞后环曲线,模型计算结果与实验曲线相吻合。同正常人相比LDVT 患者的粘弹性较强,而触变性较差。
Typical blood hysteresis loop of LDVT was analysed theoretically and characterized quantitatively. A new 5 parameter time dependent constitutive equation was applied to describe the LDVT patient′s blood hysteresis loop, and revealed quantitatively the viscoelasticity and thixotropy shown in this hysteresis loop. The comparison between LDVT and normal blood hysteresis loop was also carried out. The results showed that, LDVT blood hysteresis loop is a much more complex “three circle”type hysteresis loop with viscoelasticity, thixotropy and anti thixotropy simultanously. The stronger aggregation of RBC might be the main reason for the formation of this kind of hysteresis loop. The new 5 parameter time dependent constitutive equation could be used to describe this kind of blood hysteresis loop correctly, and the calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental curve. Compared with normal person, the viscoelastic parameters of LDVT were higher and the thixotropy parameters were lower. So, it was revealed that the abnormality of blood viscoelasticity and thixotropy might be an important factor in the formation of LDVT.
