地铁轨道结构的振动研究

摘要 采用傅立叶变换求解轨道结构连续弹性双层梁动力学模型,采用软件MATLAB进行编程实现模型的数值求解,计算结果和ANSYS仿真的结果进行了对比。研究表明:车速对轨道结构振动影响明显,随着车速的增加,轨枕的振动速度明显增加,整体道床的作用反力峰值也有很大的增加,而且作用力的频率段也随着车速的提高而增长。轨道不平顺对轨道结构振动非常敏感,因此对钢轨表面和车轮踏面的日常维护对轨道结构的减振和安全有非常大的意义。轨枕和整体道床之间的橡胶减振套刚度对轨道结构振动有很大的影响,刚度增加会引起轨枕的振动速度明显减小,但整体道床反作用力会增加,而相应的频谱没什么变化。从隧道结构的安全来讲,橡胶减振套刚度应取较小值。
