Transferring from a revolutionary party to an ruling party is the most important turn of the Chinese Communist Party（CPC） in the past 90 years.Along with this great turn,the governing philosophy and value orientation of the Party have changed significantly as well.The idea of pursuing socialism with Chinese characteristics as political value orientation has indicated that the governing philosophy of the CPC has been mature.The idea of regarding economic construction as key value orientation has realized the transformation of governing philosophy that shifts emphasis from political struggle to economic development.The establishment of socialist core value system has implied that the idea of ＂harmony＂ has been the definite value orientation of the CPC＇s governance.
