摘要
目的:探讨基层医院根管治疗的成功率。方法:对326例因牙髓炎和根尖周炎来基层医院就诊的患者实行规范化根管治疗,术后常规冠套修复。结果:分别于术后1年和3年复查疗效,成功率分别为89%和86%。结论:对于牙髓病和根尖周病,只要医生认真细致处理根管,利用现有的设备器械和药物,也能做出较好的根管治疗病例,且远期效果良好。
Objective： Primary Hospital success rate root canal therapy. Methods： 326 cases with endodontitis or periapical inflammation were received root canal recurrence and routine crown rehabilitation. Results： 1 year and 3 years after review, the success rate was 89% and 86%. Conclusion：Pulposis periapical disease can be cured sucessfully as long as the doctor deals with the root canal with modern equipment and medicine.
