摘要
目的:总结芬必得治疗原发性痛经治疗体会;方法:2007年1月～2010年1月痛经患者55例,采用芬必得口服治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:55例患者,服药后第1个疗程显效12例,有效23例,总有效率是63.64%。第2个疗程显效21例,有效31例,总有效率是94.55%。结论:芬必得治疗原发性痛经,效果满意,而且具有经济,安全,疗效佳,不良反应小等优点。
Objective： To summarize the trea tment of primary dysmenorrhea Fenbid treatment. Methods：in the hospital from January 2007 -January 2010 55 patients with dysmenorrheal, treatment with oral Fenbid observe the therapeutic effect. Resuhs：55 patients, after taking a course of 12 cases markedly effective in 23 cases, the total effective rate is 63.64%. The second course of 21 cases markedly effective in 3 1 cases, the total effective rate is 94.55%. Conclusion：Fenbid treatment ot primary dysmenorrhea. results were satisfactory, but also economic, security, good efficacy, side effects and is worth in clinical application.
