摘要
目的:探讨伐昔洛韦联合匹多莫德治疗小儿水痘的临床疗效。方法:将120例水痘患儿随机分两组,治疗组及对照组各60例,治疗组伐昔洛韦联合匹多莫德治疗、治疗组用伐昔洛韦治疗。两组均计数退热时间及皮疹结痂时间,同时观察药物的不良反应。结果:治疗组平均退热时间2.51±0.42天,明显少于对照组3.0±0.33天,P<0.05;皮疹结痂时间,治疗组2.99±0.27天,明显少于对照组3.45±0.311天,P<0.05。两组药物治疗过程中无明显不良反应。结论:匹多莫德联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹比单用伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹起效更快、疗程更短、疗效更好。
Observation on the Curative Effect of Pidotimod Combined with Valaciclovir on varicella in children Methods： 120 children with varicella were divided in two groups, experime - ntal group and control group. The children of experimental group were treated with Pidotimod Combined with Valaciclovir; and those of control group were treated with Valaciclovir. The time of fever relieving and scabbing of the patients from two g - roups was observed separately. Results：The time of fever relieving in experimentalgroup was 2.51±0. 42d,and it was shorter than that of the control group 3.0±0. 33d（P 〈0. 05） ; the time of scabbing in experimental group was 2. 99±0. 27d, andit was shorter than that of the control group 3.45±0. 31d（ P 〈 0. 05）. The side - effectof ganciclovir and virazole was not serious. Conclusion ： Pidoti- mod Combined with Valaciclovir is more effecti- ve than Valaciclovir in the treatment of varicella.
