医生经济行为对医患关系的影响与改进

公立医院的逐利行为严重偏离了公立医院公益性社会目标,是造成医患关系紧张的重要原因。然而造成公立医院逐利行为的恰是我国政府对公立医院行政干预过多而财政投入不足和医疗保险制度没有约束公立医院成本上升的有效方法。"新医改"提出打破公立医院垄断地位促进公平竞争的做法以及改革医疗保险支付制度对规范公立医院的市场行为将起到积极作用。公立医院回归公益性社会目标自然而然就会缓解医患紧张关系,增进医患之间信任度。

The profit behavior of public hospital gravely deviates from social welfare goal,which is the important reason for causing the doctor -patient relationship stress. However,our government intervening public hospital too much and reducing financial investment year after year causes public hospital profit behavior. Medical insurance system has no effective methods to control the rising costs of public hospitals. New reform which are put forward to break public hospi- tal monopoly position aims to promote fair competition practices as well as the reform of medical insurance payment for regulating the market behavior of public hospital will play a positive role. Public hospital regressions the social welfare goal and doctor - pa- tient strained relations will be alleviated naturally, at the same time trust between doctors and patients will be improved.
