摘要
目的:探讨胆道积气对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)手术的影响。方法:回顾性分析10例胆道积气患者的临床资料。结果:10例胆道积气的胆结石患者做LC手术均中转开腹,术中粘连重并发现7例胆囊内瘘。结论:B超或CT提示胆道积气的胆结石患者作LC手术前要想到腹腔粘连和胆道内瘘可能,术前建议作ERCP或MRCP检查以明确胆道情况,做到术前充分估计,术中根据情况及时中转开腹。
