结直肠癌根治术后早期肠内营养的临床应用

目的:探讨分析结直肠癌根治术后早期营养支持的可行性。方法:选择结直肠癌根治术病例52例。手术后6～24小时开始应用肠内营养液,连续5～7天。结果:全部病例均痊愈出院,恢复顺利,无并发症发生。术后48士5·6小时肛门排气,53±4·8小时排便,住院天数14·32±3·26天。结论:结直肠癌根治术后早期肠内营养安全、可行、经济,特别适应于基层医院。

Objective -To observe the research of early nutrition of enteral nutrition （ EN ） with Peptison Liquid in the patients of colorectal resection feasibility. Methods：52 cases of radical operation with eoloreetal resection were chosen. Nutrition support with Peptison Liquid was given at 6 - 24 hours after the operation and was maintained for 5 - 7 days. Results： All the patients recovered stably and are discharged home in good con- dition, no complication problems occurred. After the operation, （48±5.6） hours, the patients had passed gas, （ 53±4.8 ） hours, they had defecated, the days of their hospital stay are （ 14. 32±3.26 ） days. Conclusion ： The early postoperative enteral nutrition with Peptison Liquid is well tolerated and economy in the patients undergone colorectal surgery,especially adapted to the basic - level hospitals to widespread to use.
