环状混合痔外剥内扎松解成形封闭术结合中药坐浴换药330例疗效观察

目的:观察用改良的手术方法结合中药外用治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法:使用改良的分段外剥内扎术,结合内括约肌切断术、肛管皮肤黏膜成形术以及术后中药坐浴、黄连膏换药治疗330例环状混合痔进行综合疗效评定。结果:330例患者均一次性治愈,无肛门狭窄和失禁病例,平均住院时间16·3天,5年随访无复发病例。结论:外剥内扎松解成形封闭术结合中药坐浴、黄连膏换药疗效极佳,提高了一次性治愈率和远期疗效,具有微创、无痛、愈合快、住院时间短、远期疗效好、不易复发、无任何后遗症等优点。
