摘要
应用电镜及同位素掺入试验,研究α蒎烯的抗真菌作用及其机制。结果表明:α蒎烯对白念珠菌有明显的抑菌和杀菌作用。电镜下,α蒎烯作用后的白念珠菌,其形态和超微结构发生明显的变化,菌细胞壁及细胞膜破裂,菌体内容物漏出,菌细胞裂解后成块状物;DNA,RNA 及胞壁中多糖和胞膜的麦角固醇合成受到明显的抑制。提示α蒎烯抗真菌的作用机制是通过抑制真菌的DNA,RNA。
The antifungus mechanism of α pinene was studied using electronic microscopy and incorporation of isotope labelled precursor. The results demonstrated that α pinene had significant roles in inhibiting and killing Candida albicans. After treatment with α pinene the fungal morphology and ultrastructure showed obvious changes: their cell wall and cytoplasmic membrane ruptured; intracellar components released out and the cell residue fused to form irregular masses. In addition, the synthesis of DNA, RNA, polysacchanide of cell wall and ergosterol of cytoplasmic membrane was inhibited. It is indicated that these changes are related to antifungal mechanism of α pinene.
