目的:ICU护理二线值班对一线夜班护士压力的缓解情况。方法:用自设问卷对20名护士进行调查。结果:夜班中设立二线、三线值班对一线夜班护士压力起到了明显的缓解作用。结论:夜班设立护理二线、三线值班能够缓解一线夜班护士压力,该制度有一定的应用推广价值。

Objective： ICU nurses two duties to a night sister the pressure alleviation situation. Methods： With from supposes the questionnaire to carry on the investigation to 20 nurses. Results：In the night shift set up two, three duties the pressure to play the obvious alleviation role to a night sister. Conclusion：The night shift sets up nurses two, three duties to be able to alleviate a night sister pressure this system to have certain application promotion value.
